Frequently asked questions
How do I get my files?
Straight after you pay, you get an email with a download link. The same files are in the customer portal linked from that email. Links expire after a short time, but you can always get a fresh one from the email or the portal.
What files are in a pack?
Every design on the pack's page, as an STL and a multicolour 3MF, plus the pack's two snapshots. All of it comes as one download.
Which printer do I need?
Each pack's page says which printer and nozzle it was designed for. The STL files work with any slicer; the multicolour 3MF files need a printer that can print more than one colour.
Can I sell what I print?
Yes. You can print them as many times as you like and sell what you print. You just can’t share or sell the files themselves.
A file won’t open or looks wrong. What now?
Email us within 30 days with your order number and we’ll send working files, or refund you if we can’t fix it.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
No. Because the files are delivered instantly, all sales are final. Faulty files are always fixed or refunded.
Do I need an account?
No. You just need an email address at checkout so we can send you the files.
What happens if a pack gets new files?
If we update the files of a pack you bought, you get the new files and an email telling you so, at no extra cost.
