Who you're buying from

STL Charms sells themed packs of 3D-printable STL designs. Our orders are processed byDodo Payments, which acts as our merchant of record: Dodo Payments is the seller on your receipt, takes your payment, handles sales tax and VAT, and delivers your download. Their own buyer terms also apply to the payment.

What you get

Each pack is a set of digital files: the designs shown on the pack's page, in the file formats listed there, plus the pack's two snapshots. You don't get any physical product. Prices are shown in US dollars on each pack's page; tax may be added at checkout depending on where you live.

Delivery

After payment, Dodo Payments emails you a link to download your files and lists them in its customer portal. Download links expire after a short time for security, but you can get a fresh link from the email or the portal whenever you need one. If we update the files of a pack you bought, you'll get the new files too, at no extra cost.

Using the files

Your use of the files is covered by our Licence.

Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund policy.

Printing is up to you

We test our designs, but how a print turns out depends on your printer, filament and settings. Small prints may be a choking hazard; keep them away from young children and don't sell them as toys for children under three.

Withdrawn packs

We may stop selling a pack at any time. If you already bought it, you can still download it.

Our responsibility

The files are provided as they are, apart from the promises in our Refund policy. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any pack is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version shown here when you bought a pack is the one that applies to that purchase.
