This site has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising or tracking cookies, and its fonts and images are served from our own host. Like any web host, ours keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

When you buy

Checkout is run by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. They collect your name, email address, billing country and payment details to take your payment, work out tax, prevent fraud and deliver your files. We never see your full card details. Dodo Payments handles this data under its own privacy policy.

Dodo Payments shares your name, email address, country and what you bought with us, so we can support your order, send you updated files for packs you own, and keep the records the law requires.

When you email us

If you email hello@stlcharms.com, we keep your message and address so we can reply and help with your order.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your personal data.
• We don't send marketing emails unless you've asked for them.
• We only email you about packs you've bought, for example when a pack gets updated files.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and support emails for as long as they're useful for helping you. Server logs are kept for a short time by our host.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@stlcharms.com and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
